The singer who was granted bail in Miami is happy about his release and was seen dancing in a video shared by Ghanaian singer, Cash Wale.
"It Is Always Better Dealing With Good People Than Having To Fight Tooth And Nail With Those That Don't Care To Help #BackAndBetter," he captioned it.
A day after he was granted bailDammy Krane has spoken about his arrest for grand theft in Miami.
In a video that is less than a minute, the singer denies that he was involved in fraud. He blames the mix-up on the agent who used fraudulent credit cards to book his flight.

"First of all I want to thank God and I want to use this medium to apologise to my family, my team and my fans,"  said Dammy Krane at the beginning of the clip.
Speaking further he said "You know I was arrested by the Miami PD for fraud. I do not do fraud and I do not partake in such activities its just happens to be that the agent just booked my flight with fraudulent cards. My life is all about my music and that is all I'm about."
The singer once again apologised to his fans and thanked his parents for their "undying love."
This comes after the singer appeared in court on June 5, 2017, for his bail hearing in the 9-count fraud charges levelled against him in the U.S. The 'My dear' singer was in court with Chukwuebuka, his accomplice.

Dammy Krane, on the other hand, pleaded not guilty and paperwork was provided to his defence attorney, showing what police found on his phone.
